1. Data Controller
Number Hunt / Sayı Avı is operated by an individual data controller. Contact: mernmania@gmail.com.
2. Data We Collect
- Anonymous user ID — a per-device UUID. Not linked to your name, email or device identifier.
- Display name — chosen by you, up to 12 characters. Shown on the leaderboard.
- Gameplay events — run score, targets hit, combo, run duration, achievements unlocked.
- Device info — platform, OS version, language, app version; advertising ID (only if consented).
- Crash reports — via Sentry; anonymous stack traces and device fingerprint.
- Analytics — anonymous session metrics via PostHog or Amplitude.
3. Data We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect your name, email (except for support inquiries), phone, location, photos, contacts, biometric data, or ID documents.
4. Purposes
- Leaderboards and daily challenges
- Crash diagnostics
- Anonymous product metrics (retention, funnel)
- Ad display (AdMob; personalized only if you consent, non-personalized otherwise)

7. Children
The app is rated 9+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Ads are not child-directed. EU users under 16 (GDPR-K) must have parental consent.
8. Your Rights (GDPR Articles 15-22 / CCPA)
- Access — request data export at mernmania@gmail.com
- Deletion — Settings → “Reset Stats” / “Delete Score”, or full deletion by email
- Portability — JSON export delivered within 30 days
- Ad preferences — Settings → “Ad Preferences” (re-opens UMP)
9. International Transfers
Data is stored in Germany (Contabo, Nuremberg). Third parties may transfer data outside the EU under Standard Contractual Clauses.
10. Security
TLS in transit, access controls at rest. Score submissions are HMAC-signed. No system is perfectly secure.
11. Cookies
The mobile app uses no cookies. This web page uses only essential session cookies; no tracking.
12. Changes
Material changes are notified in-app and require re-acceptance.
