1. Acceptance

By using the app you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Number Hunt. Source code, audio, visuals and design remain the property of the data controller.

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, modifying or creating derivative works
• Using cheats, hacks, exploits, bots or macros
• Leaderboard manipulation, fake submissions, multi-accounting
• Display names that harass or threaten others
• Content that infringes copyright or trademarks

4. Anonymous Account

• Each device gets an auto-generated anonymous ID; no email/password.
• Uninstalling the app or wiping the device may cause progress loss.
• Optional social login with cross-device sync is planned for V2.0.

5. Scores & Leaderboards

• Submissions go through sanity checks; suspicious scores are reviewed manually.
• Cheated scores are removed; accounts may be banned.

6. Fees

V1.0 is free, supported by ads. Future versions may offer optional cosmetics / ad-free purchases; never required.

7. Ads

Third-party ads are served via AdMob. We are not responsible for ad content.

8. Service Interruptions

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, network or third-party issues; no compensation claims will be accepted on that basis.

9. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” with no warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months (₺0 in V1).

11. Termination

You may uninstall the app at any time. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

12. Changes

Terms may be updated; material changes are notified in-app.

13. Disputes

Courts of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction.
